Objectives
The objective of the work package project management is to ensure the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of the project and all its activities, by applying high standards of professional project management. Through this, all project objectives are achieved in high quality and in a timely and financially scheduled manner. The WP also makes sure that all activities conducted and products produced during the project lifetime are socially and economically sustainable.
Specific goals:

Ensure good management of the consortium, incl. satisfaction of all project partners -
Guarantee informed and timely decision-making

Guarantee participatory decision-making where appropriate

Have clear and competent persons responsible for all tasks

Recognize weaknesses of the project implementation in order to counteract accordingly

Recognize possible risks to the project and accordingly develop strategies to prevent these from happening, minimise their effect or shift the risk to third parties.

Ensure accordance with the Grant Agreement throughout the project

Ensure cost effectiveness and that all occurred costs are in line with the financial regulations set out in the Grant Agreement and the project’s financial schedule
